7月のお品書き Menu for July

東京は梅雨が明け、いっきに真夏になりました。

こんな暑い日にもぴったりのお品書きをご用意しております。

先付は写真の赤紫蘇ゼリー。赤紫蘇から作った自家製シロップとこれまた自家製梅シロップをゼリー仕立てにして合わせました。

酸味が程よく口当たりのよい一品です。

この他旬魚のトマトカルパッチョや冬瓜のすり流し、茄子のムース茶碗蒸しなど、夏野菜をたっぷり使った品々をご用意しています。
